Our release schedule for the 2026 school year includes twelve releases a year.
Our release schedule for the 2026 school year includes twelve releases with a release scheduled each month on the first Tuesday of each month.
We will also release critical hot patches to production as necessary to address urgent issues.
For reference, this is the current release cycle process:
- Public Beta: Customers can explore new features in the beta environment using their data and assignments. During this stage, clients are encouraged to report any bugs they encounter before the changes are finalized for production.
- Production: New changes are deployed to the production environment, completing the release cycle.
Below is the release cycle timeline for 2026 so that you may plan for future releases.
Release Timeline:
- Public Beta: Tuesdays between 10am-2pm MST, at least two weeks before we release to production
- Production: Tuesdays at least two weeks after the public beta release
- Australia - between 9am-12pm MST
- Dublin - between 9am-12pm MST
- US - between 4pm-8pm MST
- Montreal - between 4pm-8pm MST
