Monitoring the language and tone of your students interactions is important. This article shows you how to proctor/monitor student's comments.
How to Report a student's comment
Simply navigate to the comment/student in question and click the Report button.

What Happens when I report a comment?
- The comment receives a red exclamation point.
- The comment is auto-removed from student view
- In Canvas, if there is API access, a message is auto-sent to the teacher. (there has to be someone with the role of Course Coordinator in Canvas)
- If the comment is not profane you have the ability (click the 3-dot menu) and mark as "not profane"
