The errors report will show if there is an error happening within an assignment. This is to allow instructors and admins some transparency on what is causing something to fail. Errors shown here can include student attempt errors, grading errors, and authoring related errors. When there is an error happening with an attempt, clicking on the students name will load their SpeedGrader attempt and show more specific error information.
