Create items independently of assignments

1. Select the Atomic Assessments three-dot menu in the upper right and select Content Manager.

2. Select the Items tab.

3. Select the blue plus button.

4. Set an Item Title and select Add new.

5. Choose an Item category and a specific Item type.

6. Fill out the question or feature-specific options. 

7. Select Save.
