Create questions independently of assessments

1. Select the Atomic Assessments three-dot menu in the upper right and select Content Manager.

2. Select the Items tab.

3. Select the blue plus button.

4. Set a question title and select Add new.

5. Choose a question category and question type.

6. Fill out the question or feature-specific options. 

7. Select Save.
