You can copy Atomic Journals between courses using any of the Canvas copy methods. Please note that the tool needs to be installed in the target course prior to importing.
Course copy support in Atomic Journals will only work if you copy the journals between the same account that Journals is installed into (copying into an account with a different install of Journals would fail for example).
To avoid this issue, we recommend installing Atomic Journals at the root level to prevent course copy failures.
