Role-Specific Search Results
Atomic Search tailors results based on the user’s role in the course:
•Students:
Students only see search results for published/released content, ensuring they only access materials made available by their instructors.
•Teachers:
Teachers see search results (for courses they are enrolled in as a teacher) for both published/released and unpublished content, enabling them to locate and manage all course materials effectively.
•Admins:
Admins see search results across the org for both published/released and unpublished content, enabling them to locate and manage all course materials effectively. They can also search across manage files.
